Choose Your Sweeteners Carefully
I think everyone agrees with me that eating too much refined (white) sugar is bad for your health. Luckily there are so many better ways to make sweet treats with more natural produce like dates and other fruits, coconut sugar, dark/raw chocolate, maple syrup etc. You should not feel bad about eating or cooking/baking, sometimes it is alright to eat the sugary stuff too.
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
2,5 dl oatmilk
Sweetener to taste (maple syrup)
Pinch of each:
Ceylon cinnamon
Ground black pepper
Ground ginger
Ground cardamom
METHOD
• Pour oat milk into a small saucepan. Bring to simmer over medium heat and whisk in the latte ingredients.
• Decorate with dried edible flowers.
