FitVine Grapefruit-Pom Mimosa

FitVine Wine

When we think boozy brunch, the first thought that comes to mind is a deliciously fizzy mimosa. This year, when you celebrate the New Year, why not do it with a refreshing and festive mimosa made with a healthier twist? At first sip, you’ll be bubbling over with excitement for this low sugar, flavorful mimosa. The star of this cocktail is FitVine Wine Prosecco. The delicate bubbly wine has less sugar and fewer sulfites, without sacrificing taste or alcohol content. Did we mention it has no flavor additives and is also gluten-free and vegan friendly?

Cloying sweet mimosas loaded with excess sugars is so 2018. Kick off 2019 with a lighter, bubbly drink infused with the sweet-tart flavor of fresh citrus and sweet pomegranate. FitVine Prosecco boasts scents of fruity tropical flowers and ripe pear and has a clean, light and crisp finish. With just 0.7 grams sugar (per 5oz glass), it's our go-to when reaching for a glass of bubbly. Here we've added a splash of ruby red grapefruit juice and fresh pomegranate arils for an extra festive, low-sugar twist on the classic mimosa that you can feel good about enjoying. Pair with loaded avocado toast, sweet potato pancakes or your favorite brunch meal for the ultimate boozy brunch.
