A Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte

Hello from Oatly, the Swedish company that invented oatmilk. Our friend Suruchi Avasthi created this recipe for a pumpkin spice latte and took some pretty pictures that she was nice enough to share.

 
vegan pumpkin spice latte, oat milk

Serves: 3 | Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 cup pure pumpkin puree

¾ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ginger powder

A pinch of ground cloves

½ tsp cardamom powder

A pinch of salt

1 tbsp maple syrup

¼ tsp vanilla extract

1½ cups Oatly Barista Edition Oatmilk

1 cup hot coffee

METHOD

In a medium stove top pot, add the pumpkin puree, spices, maple syrup and vanilla. Turn the heat up to a medium heat and stir to combine the ingredients, cook for about a minute or two. Add the oat milk in 3 parts, stirring in between to thoroughly combine the pumpkin mix with the milk. Once the pumpkin and milk have been stirred together, continue to heat for another minute or two
