How has food impacted your life/health?
Healthy food has a huge impact on my well-being. If I don’t eat fresh fruit and vegetables and drink too little water, I feel uncomfortable and tired. With a healthy and balanced diet I'm just fitter and much more efficient.
What ingredients do you think are underused at home when we cook?
I think we cook with too many ordinary ingredients that supermarkets offer us. Nature offers a rich cornucopia variety and it’s fun to discover them on Farmer’s market or to plant them. Root vegetables such as colorful carrots and beet or pumpkin are absolutely underused.
