Breakfast hack:
If I put my chia seeds in almond milk, I know it’ll be pudding in the morning.
INGREDIENTS
2 frozen bananas
½ cup frozen blueberries
Splash of almond milk
METHOD
Blend in high-speed blender until creamy. Put in a bowl and add your favorite toppings. I love tahini, blackberries, strawberries and coconut.
